We respect your privacy. Except for the steps necessary to complete your order or service your necklace, we do not share your personal information.

Pricing

All necklaces are priced 30%-40% below appraised value. Prices quoted in United States Dollars (USD).

Gems

We guarantee that our gems are genuine and provide an  independent appraisal free of charge. Gem carat weights are stated as a minimum. Actual carat weights will likely be more.

Gems contain natural inclusions and fissures that state the gem's individuality and provides proof of its authenticity. Like 90% of marketed gems, many of our gems have been color-enhanced.

Returns

Upon proof of purchase, items in new condition may be returned (at customer's expense) within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase for credit or exchange only.

Disputes

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction!

We respectfully require that you contact us to resolve any dispute or dissatisfaction that may arise. New York County of the State of New York is designated as the jurisdiction for unresolved disputes.

There is a $35.00 (USD) returned payment/check charge.

Shipping

All items are shipped free of charge (usually FedEx 2nd day air) to an address within the United States. Depending upon availability, items will be shipped from France, Holland, Thailand, or the United States.
